What happens when I call?
You tell us what you found and when. We ask a few questions about the damage and your policy, tell you what it likely means, and say honestly whether a claim is worth filing. If it is, we set an inspection. The call costs nothing.
What should I have ready?
Your policy if you can find it, the date you noticed the damage, and any photos. If a claim is already open, the claim number and any letters from the insurer. None of it is required to call.
Do you come to the house?
Yes, anywhere in Florida. The inspection is where the claim is built: drone, thermal camera and moisture meter, every finding photographed.
