What we collect
When you call or send the form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email if you add it, your city, the best time to call, and what you tell us about the damage. If you become a client, we collect what the claim needs: your policy, photos, estimates and correspondence with your insurer.
The site itself sets only the cookies it needs to work. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies today. If that changes, the site will ask you first with a notice at the bottom of the screen, and nothing is tracked until you say yes.
What we use it for
- To call you back and answer your question.
- To assess, file and negotiate your claim, if you hire us.
- To tell you where your claim stands.
We do not sell, trade or rent your information. We share it only with the people the claim requires (your insurer, an engineer or contractor working on your claim, our own staff) or when the law requires it.
Where it goes
Form submissions and call records are stored in the customer system we use to run the business. Claim files are kept for as long as the claim and Florida record keeping rules require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law lets us. Email info@secureclaims.group or call (904) 822-9122. We answer within a reasonable time and tell you what we did.
Contact hours
Florida law limits when a public adjuster may contact you: Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Florida Statute 626.854(5)). We follow it. You can contact us any time.
